In accordance with the Microsoft’s Internet Explorer support lifecycle policy, we will be discontinuing support for Internet Explorer 11 effective 15 June 2022. While we do not expect features to immediately break in Internet Explorer on this date, we will no longer provide support for problems that occur when accessing the site through this browser (or any other third-party browser that may embed Internet Explorer technology).
We recommend that Windows users upgrade to a more modern web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. You may need to contact your local IT department for assistance in installing an alternative web browser. It is also possible to access certain features using the web browser on modern smartphone and tablet devices.
As part of continued efforts to improve the Plexus e-Learning websites, and in support of the EU General Data Protection Directive coming into effect later this month, we released an updated Data Privacy and Protection Policy. This new policy provides clearer information about what personal data is collected and processed, the purpose of collecting that data, and what rights you may have related to that data. The updated policy also includes additional information about the Plexus e-Learning websites’ use of cookies and other similar technological measures that assist us in identifying you when you access our sites. Although these updates were intended to address the requirements of the new EU regulation, we are pleased to extend the same data privacy protections to all users worldwide. Prior to the first week of class you will receive information concerning the required reading assignments, homework, classwork, and the course project. Participants will need access to the Excel Data Analysis Toolkit, Q-1 Macros for Excel (demo disk is fine), and Minitab 16 (demo disk is fine) in order to complete portions of the pre-course work and classroom training.
